My Guardian Angel

My co-worker's daughter placed a picture on the wall across from my desk.  It looks like an angel to me since the arms or wings are spread out.  There is not a ground or floor on the picture.  We can say she was in a hurry or that she was not mentally developed to include floors, ground, or hands down to the side.  She is only 4, but I know better.  She can place backgrounds in pictures, so I am considering the picture to be my angel.  Look how the legs go to the side like she is in flight.  What do you think?  Angel or not?
