We had one chick hide when we were placing some of the chicks into the large coop from the brooder. The brooder was in the dining room. Later, we found her window peeking.
I took the curtains down to wash and stuck the rod back up, but not in the correct position for hanging the curtains. It was just fine for the peeping Jane.
It has been raining every day. We love all of the green flowers, grass, trees, etc. We hate not having the sunshine, or a back yard that is dry enough to mow all of the tall grass!
The ducklings love all of the rain.
