Half-N-Half is a rooster. It took him longer than his siblings to develop, but he is a rooster and had to go to Larry's Rooster Refuge. We are not allowed to have roosters in Wichita city limits, so a friend with a farm close to Mulvane takes my roosters. We have one more rooster in training---we think. Usually the pretty ones become roosters. The chicken was observed on top of another chicken, but no crowing has been observed as of yet.
