Orange-Lemon Cake
This cake is wonderful! My son told me that it was the best cake that I have made so far. It doesn't raise up as much as some other cakes, due to the use of sour cream. I sprinkled the top with powdered sugar.
Ingredients:
1 Duncan Hines Lemon Cake Mix
1 1/3 cups of Tropicana Orange Juice
2/3 cup of Light Daisy Sour Cream
1/3 cup of Sunflower Oil
3 eggs
Zest of 1 Large Orange
Place the above ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix for 1 minute slowly and 3 minutes on high.
Pour into prepared cake pan as instructed on the mix package.
