Peachy Keen Soap and Weekly Events

I made a mid sized batch of peach soap this morning.  I love the smell of fresh peaches.  You know that smell.  It is from the good peaches that drip down to your elbow when you are eating them.  Oh Lordy!  I love that smell.   What fragrances take you to a different time and place?  It is said that events are embedded in your mind when you experience strong emotion.  That is why some of us remember early childhood events.  It is also said that memories come back based on smells and noises.  What memories do you experience when you smell a fresh peach?  Doesn't your moth just water thinking about peaches?
This soap should make your skin feel wonderful!  Included in the ingredients are: coconut oil, palm oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, avocado oil, shea butter, and grapeseed oil.  Peachy Keen Soap is 100% vegan and about 98% natural.  I used fragrance oil so it would smell great and a little coloring and glitter to make it pretty.

I also want you to see what happens when you cut your soap log too soon.  Sometimes you see places your fingers indent or places the soap stuck to the mold.  In this case, you see that the center was still warm and not set up.  The lighter area is too soft and it does not cut as smooth.  I may have a little of a dent in this area.  I may have to turn this bar into samples.  LOL

We celebrated two birthdays at work this week.   Marcello's provided our lovely lunch. Below are pictures of the birthday boy and girl!

Also this week my son and I visited a ranch.  A friend of mine recently purchased the little ranch and with  the purchase he received a one eared goat as part of the package.

It looks like he is pulling her tail, but he is just holding a chain.  LOL
